Bao is a Pixar short film that was released on June 15, 2018 alongside Incredibles 2. It was directed by Domee Shi and produced by Becky Neiman-Cobb, with John Lasseter and Pete Docter acting as executive producers.
Lou is Pixar’s newest short film. It was released on June 16, 2017 with Cars 3. Lou is directed by Dave Mullins and produced by Dana Murray. The score was composed by Chistopher Beck.
Piper is a Pixar short film shown in front of Finding Dory. The short is directed by Alan Barillaro, with music provided by King Crimson’s Adrian Belew.
Sanjay’s Super Team is a Pixar short film that was released with the theatrical release of The Good Dinosaur. It is directed by Sanjay Patel and produced by Nicole Paradis Grindle. The music is provided by Mychael Danna.
Riley’s First Date? is a Pixar short film that was released with the DVD, Blu-ray and Digital HD release of Inside Out.
Lava is a short film attached to the theatrical release of Inside Out. It is directed by James Ford Murphy and produced by Andrea Warren. It is described as a “musical love story taking place over millions of years that is inspired by the isolated beauty of tropical islands and the explosive allure of ocean volcanoes.” The story follows the love story of two volcanoes, Uku and Lele. It features a song, “Lava”, which is written by Murphy and performed by Kuana Torres Kahele and Napua Greig, who voice the two volcanoes.
The Radiator Springs 500½ is a Cars Toons episode. It is the fourth in the Tales from Radiator Springs series, and first premiered on Disney’s app Disney Movies Anywhere on May 20, 2014, then later on Disney Channel on August 1, 2014.
Party Central is a Pixar short film based on Monsters University. After being premiered at the 2013 D23 Expo, it was released with the theatrical release of Muppets Most Wanted on March 21, 2014
The Blue Umbrella is a Pixar short film that was released with the theatrical release of Monsters University. It is directed by Saschka Unseld and produced by Marc Greenberg. The score of the short is provided by Jon Brion, and includes vocals by Sarah Jaffe.
The Legend of Mor’du is a Pixar short film that was released with the DVD and Blu-ray release of Brave. The short adopts (when illustrating the story of Mor’du) a visual style that imitates the look of concept art, with a rough 2D design looking like paper cutouts.
Partysaurus Rex is the third episode in the Toy Story Toons series. The short was released with the 2012 theatrical 3D release of Finding Nemo. It is the fourth Pixar Canada production. The short has been rated G by the MPAA.
