Last week I had the opportunity of being able to try out some of the new items that are on the new Fall/Winter menu for Marlow’s Tavern. You will not be disappointed with the choices, your palate will be craving for more!
New and updated offerings include:
Feta & Artichoke Fondue – grilled artichokes, Swiss chard, creamy Mornay, feta cheese and toasty
ciabatta
Tempura Eggplant – crisp Chinese eggplant and curry aioli
Arugula, Trout & Apple Toast – smoked trout, baby arugula, Granny Smith apple and pickled red
onion
Roast Mushroom Toast – shiitake and cremini mushrooms, ricotta, parslied Parmesan and truffle oil
BBQ Chicken Cobb Wrap – BBQ grilled chicken, Gorgonzola, crisp lettuce, red onion, Roma tomato,
yellow corn and bacon in a grilled tortilla
Pastrami Melt – Montreal Smoked Meats pastrami, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions and
dijonnaise on deli rye
Grilled Chicken Pappardelle – grilled Prestige Farms chicken, creamy artichoke and Swiss chard,
fresh pappardelle noodles, snap peas and roasted mushroom cream
Seared Jumbo Scallops – simply seasoned and perfectly seared with roasted fennel, whipped
potato, butternut squash and green pea hash, roasted tomato fondue and tomato oil
Grilled Atlantic Salmon – with jumbo couscous, baby spinach, toasted almonds and dried cranberry
in a red wine reduction
Grilled Center Cut Filet – perfectly grilled and seasoned filet mignon with whipped potato, glazed
whole baby carrots and a roast shallot sauce
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna – sage Mornay sauce, pomodoro, butternut squash, Swiss chard and
mushrooms
Knife and Fork Caesar Salad – crisp romaine, chopped egg, Parmesan, Caesar dressing and crisp torn
ciabatta; add blackened chicken or salmon.
