Disney’s A Wrinkle in Time is now on digital 5/29 & Blu-ray 6/5. My family and I had the opportunity to have a wonderful family night watching A Wrinkle In Time, if you have not seen the film now is the perfect time to see it!
A Wrinkle in Time follows Meg Murry and her little brother Charles Wallace as they brave a thrilling journey to find their scientist father, Mr Murry after he disappeared discovering a new planet. The film shares the importance of creativity, imagination, and innovation and we hope to help you uncover the significance of originality with an interactive mailer to help bring A Wrinkle in Time to life.
Disney sent us an amazing package filled with all kinds of goodies to enjoy our movie night, we started the evening playing cards from Mrs. Which.

Then we decided to decorate or hands with these beautiful jewels, in the film the Mrs all have the most wonderful adornments on their bodies.

If you have never seen the film, you will not be disappointed this is a film the whole family can enjoy, my six year old really loved the film especially Charles Wallace who is Meg Murry’s younger brother. The movie is based off of Madeleine L’Engle’s 1962 book, A Wrinkle In Time. I read the book when I was school. The story always intrigued me in the way it was written. Sometimes books that are made into film translate differently; however, this film stays true to Madeleine L’Engle’s message. Meg Murry and her little brother, Charles Wallace, have been without their scientist father, Mr. Murry, for four years since he discovered a new planet and used the concept known as a tesseract to travel there. To locate Meg’s father, Meg, her classmate Calvin O’Keefe and the three mysterious astral travelers known as Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which, brave a dangerous journey to a planet that possesses all of the evil in the universe.
A Wrinkle In Time has a very important message that we can all relate to regardless of age. The message is that you can overcome darkness. For Meg, it is overcoming darkness to get to her father. Unfortunately, the reality is that there is darkness all around us. We live in a world where you turn on the TV and see people divided, a government divided, our kids being bullied, people saying hurtful things. It was refreshing for at least 2 hours of watching this movie to see such a positive message of victory, companionship, courage, and most importantly, love.
Which is why we are really enjoyed our Night Light from Little Bits, to remind us that no matter what we can always create light in the world around us!

I encourage you to see this wonderful film. You will NOT be disappointed. Follow along #WrinkleInTime and make sure you have some universal tessering snacks to go along with the movie like we did!
