Why the 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid is the Perfect Full-Size Sedan

It’s no wonder why I love cars. Everything about them makes me happy. I love how they handle, how they look, and how they’re such a thing of style and beauty. Driving down the road and turning heads is one of the biggest rushes of all time!

We were recently able to test drive and try out the 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid and holy moly, I’m in love. Not often do I find a car that is sleek, smooth, powerful, AND gets great gas mileage so my head is STILL spinning that all these are part of the Avalon. (even the kids at one point asked if we were EVER going to have to stop at a gas station because they were ready to get out and get a snack!)

With an average of 44 MPG, this is a great relief to the pocketbook and a huge time saver when traveling. I HATE having to stop and fill up with gas every few miles and with the Avalon, I never had to worry.

And while the miles per gallon is amazing, it’s just a short blip of why I love this hybrid sedan. Here are a few more reasons that I left a part of my heart in that car!

This car is sleek

And I mean really, really sleek. It glided through the air without any issues. I loved how it never seemed to have any type of wind drag when we were driving down the highway which I’m sure is super helpful to get great gas mileage as well.

I couldn’t hear any road noise

Like none at all. From the moment that I sat down and got comfy on the interior leather seats and shut the door, I didn’t hear anything – at all. My kids didn’t have to scream at me from the back seat so I could hear them or anything. It was amazing.

The entire family felt safe

Since I like to drive cars, we’ve tried out a lot of different options. Once we were all inside the Toyota, we all commented on how safe we felt. We loved the radar cruise control that kept us at a safe distance and I loved the steering assist for switching lanes.

This car also helped me figure out how to stop worrying about when to brighten my headlights or not as it just does it for me, which was awesome.

We loved the interior ambient lighting

The kids are NEVER a fan of sitting in a totally dark car so to find out that this car was equipped with a light interior ambient lighting helped to calm their worries and stresses. It was a nice little glow that allowed us to see each other but not be distracted by a bright light.

You can jam out to Baby Shark all you want

I joke, I joke…but in all reality, the audio system in the Toyota hybrid is stellar. With 14 speakers and surround sound, we were all about to enjoy music and have a clear and beautiful sound.

As you can see, there are many positives to owning this hybrid sedan. It’s roomy, it’s functional, and it gets you from point A to point B in comfort without breaking the bank.
