This Zucchini Chicken Pasta bake is very easy to make, it will take you a total of 40 minutes to make. I made this recipe in my Multipot, however you can also use a regular pan.
Zucchini Chicken Pasta Bake
Ingredients
1 pack of Chicken Tenderloins or Chicken Breasts
1 Cup of chopped up Zucchini
1 Cup of chopped Onion
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Teaspoon of Salt and Pepper
1 Can of Pasta Sauce
I Box of Penne Pasta
Directions
- Place the Chicken in the Multipot on Saute feature of Saute in a pan for about 6 minutes.
- Once you remove the chicken saute the Zucchini and onion.
- Place the chicken back in the pan or Multipot (put on pressure cooker) put in the chicken broth cook for 20 mins.
- Cook your pasta
- Put the oven on 350 degrees
- Once finished strain the chicken from excess liquid.
- Mix in the pasta and the chicken in a baking tray, add some cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15 mins.
