Here is a glimpse of what Disney is offering with these five Disney Cruise Line Changes for 2019 and 2020.
Meet Captain Marvel
Marvel Day at Sea on the Disney Magic Caribbean and Bahamas cruises are returning for 2019. There will be one significant change, however. Guests cruising on select 5 night sailings in January, February and March will experience a full day of Marvel. The themed event will feature live entertainment, interactive kids experiences, themed refreshments and a first time encounter with Captain Marvel. That’s right! Guests on board the Magic will be the first to meet this brand new addition to the Marvel MCU!
New Orleans
Disney is introducing a new port at New Orleans in early 2020, so be sure to book your cruise in 2019, so you don’t miss the Mardi Gras celebration in February. Experience the multi-layered and multi cultural history of one of America’s most famous port cities.
Hawaii
The much anticipated move to offering a Hawaiian cruise is at hand. Book in 2019 to get the opportunity to cruise along the island chain. You’ll stop at exotic ports on O’ahu, Maui, Kawa’i, and The Big Island of Hawaii. Hawaiian cruises are going to be very popular so don’t delay.
Round Trip Cruise From Rome
A new offering in Europe in 2019 is a round trip cruise from Rome. The cruises will begin in the summer and are going to add a whole new level to the experience of touring Italy. The cruise will depart and return to Civitavecchia and includes stops at the Amalfi coast Cinque Terre, the French Riviera and Barcelona.
New European Ports
Disney is introducing seven new ports of call for the first time in 2019. There will be two in Sweden (Gothenburg, Nynashamn), two in France (Toulon, Brest), and new ports in Spain (Cartagena), Denmark (Frederica) and Northern Ireland (Belfast) as well.
