First off, thank goodness that 2021 is here. This year is all about a New Year and fueling my mind and body to be the best that I can possibly be. I’ve taken charge of my future by deciding that as a family, we have control over what we’re eating and how we’re spending our time.

Kicking Off The New Year By Fueling My Mind and Body
This year is going to be different. In fact, it already has been. I woke up on the first day of January knowing that this year is going to be my best year.
And to do that, I’m holding myself accountable. It’s going to be hard to do, but I know that I’m strong enough to make it happen.
I also realize that I want to be realistic in my goals and needs and wants. And knowing this means that I can take smaller steps that are actionable steps, too.
Some of my favorite ways to take care of myself this year are simple things that you can easily do as well.
Start each day with a positive mindset
This is HUGE. Waking up in the morning means that you have a chance at a brand new day. Be grateful, be happy, and take that attitude and make each day the best it can be.
Drink your water and drink a lot of it
As hard as it is to admit, this is a struggle for me. I need to make my body happy by drinking more water because this helps with metabolism, fullness, and making my beautiful skin glow.
And speaking of taking care of my body…
Adding FAGE Greek Yogurt to my daily diet
I LOVE FAGE. I mean it. I really love it. I’ve eaten a lot of yogurts in my life and FAGE is like none other. The creaminess of this Greek yogurt makes it almost feel as though it’s a pudding or ice cream, and I can’t believe that something this good can be so beneficial to my body.
Since this is such a yummy treat, it actually HELPS me stay on track with my diet and daily goals.

Some simple ways that you can fuel your body fast are to add FAGE Greek yogurt to smoothies, create delicious yogurt bowls, mix with oatmeal, put on top of a baked potato for an extra pop of flavor, and really anything else.
