10 Minute Egg Salad Recipe
This recipe is super simple:
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups of water
1 Tablespoon of Mayo
1 Teaspoon of Mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper
Multipot Preparation
- Fill the Multipot with the water.
- Place basket in the pot to hold the eggs.
- Place your eggs in the basket.
- Place the lid on, and lock in place make sure you put pressure knob on sealing.
- Hit the egg button the multipot.
- Watch the magic happen. Eggs will cook in 5 minutes.
- Remove the eggs with tongs, and place in cool water.
Egg Salad Preparation
- Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
- Chop up the eggs.
- Mix in your Mayo, Mustard, Salt, and Pepper.
- Mix altogether
- Serve on toast, or item of your choice.
