Can I just tell you how ready I am for another family vacation? We’re huge fans of going to Disney Springs and I’m so excited to share with you one of our favorite places to stay when we’re in town exploring all the sights.

Our last trip to Wyndham Lake Buena Vista proves that it’s possible to have fun traveling again in a safe and fun way.

Booking A Family Vacation Close to Disney Springs

Even though Disney Springs has been open since 1975, I still find myself excited by its amazing offerings every time we go. And since I love shopping, it just makes sense that we try and make it here every few years or so. (or more if possible!)

The last time we went, we knew that we wanted to stay as close as possible to Disney Springs without having to give up on any of the amenities that we’ve grown to love and enjoy.

While I could easily list a zillion reasons why you should stay here, here are my top 5 reasons that I think are quite compelling!

The rooms are newly remodeled

And I mean brand new. They’re so nice. I was impressed from the moment that we entered the lobby and was blown away by how the rooms are updated.

They were big, spacious, and modern and literally came equipped with everything that we needed during our stay.

Location, location, location

Do I need to say more? When you can stay at a resort and be this close to all the happenings of Disney Springs, why wouldn’t you? We were able to go out and explore and the shopping and dining and just be moments away from our rooms. It was wonderful.

There is a bar next to the pool area

Yes, you can totally eat, drink, and swim – all at the same time. It’s like your own little paradise where the food and drinks keep coming. And while you’re relaxing, the kids are loving their swimming and activities, too.

The Price is Right!

For a limited time, you can literally stay in an Official Walt Disney Resort for some of the lowest rates ever! You can’t beat that and the location! Did I mention they have Joffrey’s Coffee available in the lobby each morning!! At present due to the pandemic, the resort is not offering shuttle service to the theme parks, however what you will save on your stay, more than makes up for your choice of ride share or taxi drop off.

You can drive a short distance or Uber to any of the Disney Parks

This was HUGE for me. It’s one of the most important things on my list and I’m always looking for a way to make life easier. Not only is the hotel close to the parks you can take an Uber that takes you right to the gates of any of the parks.

After a long day of walking around the parks, this is a huge relief and time-saver!
