Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank is hitting the theaters soon. July 15th, to be exact! If you’re looking for a great summer film to take the family to, this is it!
It has everything from suspense and thrills to comedy that will have you rolling in your seats. It’s a great cartoon comedy that involves some martial arts and some super fun characters!
When it comes to a movie that everyone in the family is going to love, I highly recommend that you get comfy in the theater and don’t miss it!
The Cast of Paws of Fury
There are three directors for the film: Rob Minkoff, Mark Koetsier, and Chris Bailey, and it’s fun to see how everything meshes so well together to create the end result!
With a rating of PG, I really did think that it’s a great movie for all ages.
Being a part of the press junket was a great experience for me because I was able to hear some of the cast talks about various aspects of making the movie.
What I find most interesting is the voiceovers and then timing that with the animation that is happening on the screen! Talk about a true talent!
Press Junket Q&A
In fact, I was part of a press junket where I was able to ask about the voicing of the animals to access Cathy Shim (the voice of Little Mamma in the movie), and here is a recap of my question and her response.
Q: How is this different from preparing for voicing a fierce feline versus other roles and acting gigs?
A: It’s the perfect medley of all the kismet things. For 13 years, my only roommate were five cats. So it was delightful to meld something that is true and authentic to me.
What is Paws of Fury about?
if you’re a fan of cats, get ready to have your heartstrings pulled! While I can’t give away the movie – just know that it’s about a town that is full of cats that are needed to be protected from a villain.
Will a town of cats be able to warm up to the idea that a dog is going to be the one who steps in and tries to save the day? If there is any truth to the fact that cats and dogs don’t get along, you’re going to need to pay attention to the movie and make sure to get your ticket!
What age is this movie good for?
With a PG rating, it’s a great movie for kids of all ages with parental guidance. I wouldn’t have any issues with my young boys sitting and watching this movie over and over again.
The animations are great, the jokes are funny, and the kids are sure to have a blast – along with the adults. The best part about this movie is that it really does offer something for everyone!
If you’re a fan of rooting for the underdogs, you’re going to love having this as a movie choice!
Paws of Fury hits theaters July 15th – so be ready! You’re not going to want to miss it!
