Branson Ferris Wheel
Branson is full of wonderful entertainment. If you are looking for some high octane adrenaline pumping fun, you need to visit the Branson Track Family Fun Parks. They have four different locations in Branson. I was fortunate to visit Track 4 which has the famous Branson Ferris Wheel, and let me tell you, I had a fun time conquering my fear of heights! The Branson Ferris Wheel was formerly Chicago’s iconic Navy Pier Ferris Wheel, ridden by nearly 17 million people from 1995 to 2015. Standing 150 feet tall, its 40 gondolas hold 240 riders, and it lights up the night with 16,000 LED lights. The Branson Ferris Wheel boasts spectacular views of the famed entertainment corridor and the picturesque Ozark Mountains.
Heavy Metal High Rise
One of my favorite rides at the Branson Track Family Fun Park was the Heavy Metal High Rise go kart track! I am thirty-five years old, yet I felt like I was a little kid on the track trying to beat Jay Wilson from the Stone Castle Hotel. The Heavy Metal High Rise is the new steel and concrete go-kart track reaching over four stories. Some fast facts about the track: it is 1,200 linear feet long, has 700 cubic yards of concrete and 200 tons of steel! After climbing a four-story spiral, it has a thrilling, three-tiered slope back to the ground! There was a part on the ride where I was going so fast I thought I was flying!
Check out the story behind tracks it is incredible!
Bumper Rides
Track 4 also has Bumper Cars, which were a lot of fun; however, if you have a bad back or neck I recommend you do not ride these. You will need a lot of Tylenol or a massage after! I had fun on the bumper cars, but I really wanted to ride the Bumper Boats. They were closed because of the temperature. Bumper Boats are a great way to cool off in the summer and they are equipped with water cannons. These turn a traditional bumper boat ride into a strategic water battle!
Arcades
Arcades never get old. They are fun for the whole family because there are games that the whole family can play together. While I was at Track 4, I was able to enjoy the new arcade they just put in and it was a lot of fun. So much fun that I had plenty of tokens to get prizes with after the fact! There are over 250 games throughout the arcade! There is such a wide variety, including skee-ball, driving games, video games, sporting, and hunting games. There is also a large variety of redemption games that dispense tickets based on skill level. You can redeem those tickets at the end of your visit or save them up for a bigger prize later!
Andy’s™ Frozen Custard
So what’s the big deal about all this custard? Simple…it’s Andy’s. Andy’s is the best custard in town and when you visit track 4, you can get some Andy’s frozen custard. Made fresh hourly from a secret mix, the frozen custard served up at Andy’s is richer, creamier, silkier and more flavorful than ice cream or frozen yogurt. This is because Andy’s Frozen Custard is much more dense than ice cream, making each spoonful more intense and flavorful!
If these five reasons do not have you wanting to visit the Branson Track Family Fun Tracks, then visit their website at https://bransontracks.com/ to see how much more fun you can plan out for you and your family.
This was pretty funny overcoming my fear of heights, here are a couple of videos I filmed of the ordeal, as well as the facebook live Coupon Mamacita did of us on the Ferris Wheel.
