If the glaze has powdered sugar clumps still, mix in another tbsp of milk
Split the glaze into two bowls
In one bowl add in a few drops of yellow gel food coloring and mix until combined. You will want to try and get the yellow glaze to match the yellow candy melts
In the second bowl, mix in a few drops of the red gel coloring. Add in a few more drops of red until you get Pooh’s bright red shade. Cover and set aside
Decorating Directions :
Make sure that your wire rack is on top of a larger cookie sheet so that when you pour the yellow glaze onto the doughnuts, the glaze will not drip onto the counter
Grab a cooled doughnut and cut a slit into the side of the doughnut for pooh’s ears
Lightly push in a candy melt into the slit
Repeat step with the other side of the doughnut and remaining doughnuts
Once the yellow glaze has slightly hardened, take a large knife, spatula or anything that is flat and carefully place in the middle of the doughnut
Do not touch the doughnut because this is going to act as a shield for when you pour the red glaze on
Carefully pour the red glaze onto the lower half of Pooh’s doughnut
Using the black icing, pipe on his face details
Allow to dry for an hour before enjoying!
