But now that I’ve been eating fewer carbs and trying to balance a better diet, I’ve really come to enjoy the options that the keto diet has afforded me.
And once I realized that I could eat ice cream without feeling guilty, I’ve discovered a whole new happy dance, too! To know that I can have a scoop or two of chocolate ice cream and it’s still okay by keto standards is literally music to my ears!
Plus, it really does taste great and you don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything at all!

Ingredients needed for Keto Chocolate Ice Cream:
- 2 13.oz cans of Coconut Milk – chill them in the fridge
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp Keto granulated sweetener
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
How to make Keto Chocolate Ice Cream
Place a loaf pan in the freezer to chill.
In a high-speed blender, add your chilled coconut milk be sure to add in the milky part and thick part of the coconut milk. Blend for 30 seconds. Your mixture will be thick and creamy.
Add in the chocolate protein powder, sweetener, and cocoa powder. Blend all ingredients together.
Pour the chocolate ice cream mixture into the chilled loaf pan and spread evenly.
Place in freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours
Before serving, allow ice cream to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
